Healthy baking – Chocolate & peanut butter cupcakes

IMG_9505Hi all welcome back to my blog I hope everyone is having a great week and is staying safe, as you can tell from the title I’m back in the kitchen again, I really haven’t baked in a while because iv been ill and really didnt have the energy to do anything but once I started training again I got back to my healthy baking and trying new recipes that I can have when it isn’t cheat day!! This is a really simple recipe to prepare if you’re having a sugar craving that I love so I hope you like it.

These chocolate and peanut butter muffins are my new go-to treats, I love that its a simple easy to prepare recipe that anyone can do ill go through the ingredients and how-tos below I hope you enjoy and give it a try yourself.

All you need:

  • 5 Bananas mashed
  • ¾ cups peanut butter
  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder

Start by preheating your over to 180℃ and prep your cupcake tray with cases, this recipe makes 12 cupcakes.

I’m a medium bowl mix together the bananas and peanut butter till combined then sift in the cocoa powder and stir well, then spoon the batter into the cupcake cases and bake for 18-20 minutes till an inserted toothpick comes out clean. leave to cool before serving.
