Must try healthy snacks

Hi all welcome back to my blog I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe, I’m back with some daily health tips to get through lockdown, if you’re still in a similar situation as me, what I have been noticing with boredom I go to my social media or the fridge which are bout unhealthy choices for different reasons but I did stumble across some great healthy guilt-free snacks that I’m obsessed with there super easy to make and are so good for you.That’s something that I struggle with, it’s hard to stay positive in these lockdown restrictions, and it’s so easy to reach for the processed comfort food that isn’t good for you physically or mentally. It’s important to know the foods you consume can affect your mood as well.

These are my bell pepper sandwiches!! I know it sounds weird but trusts me they are sooo very good. You just half your bell pepper and clean it out then I spread a little goat’s cheese inside, season it with some black pepper & bbq or bagel seasoning, next, I put in some finely chopped scallions, pack some turkey lunch meat in and top with sliced mini gherkins and tuck in!! they are delicious and crunchy I can’t get enough, they’re keeping me away from those bad easy to reach processed foods!
