My must have Cheat Meals!!!!

IMG_9505Hi, all welcome back to my blog I hope everyone is having a great week! I know I usually stick to healthy eating and living topics but I wanted to share my favorite cheat meals!! It’s really important to have a cheat day. If I have a day a week to treat myself, staying on track the other 6 days is no problem because I don’t feel deprived. I never feel like I’m on some sort of diet that ends after a few months were I’m miserable living on air, I eat clean and healthy I do a lot of exercises that I enjoy and I give myself a cheat day where I have my favorite cheat food and favorite dessert and that’s all I need. It’s a lifestyle that I can maintain rather than a diet that can end up doing more harm than good.

So I do have my go-to meals that I love and look forward to on cheat days, iv put together my top 5 cheat day meals!!!
