Clean almond flour pancakes!!
Hi, all welcome baking to my blog I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe! Happy pancake Tuesday! I’m still staying away from sugar and eating really clean so I found a great substitute pancake recipe I want to share with you its flour free and sugar-free and still taste amazing so I hope you enjoy it and if you’re like me and are trying to stick to a really clean eating plan give these a go!!
These are almond flour pancakes, I have been using almond flour in all my baking recently as a substitute and I really love it, This is a simple recipe with few ingredients so really easy to follow and a great activity to get the kids involved. I’m going to go through what you need and the how-tos below. enjoy!
All you need:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup almond flour
In a medium bowl mix together the eggs, milk, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla till combined.
Next, add the baking powder and almond flour and mix till well combined. using ¼ cup of the pancake batter, cooked on low heat till golden brown on each side.
