Yummy sugar-free brownies!!
Hi, all welcome back to my blog I hope everyone is staying safe and having a great week. I’ve been spending a lot of this lockdown in the kitchen baking and making videos for my youtube channel, ill leave the link below to check it out, I’ve been making some changes to my favorite recipes to make a health version a guilty free version which I’m loving and that’s what I want to share with you today as you can tell from the title iv been tweaking my brownie recipe and made some substitutions because I’m trying to limit my sugar intake during the week.
These are my favorite brownies there simple to make, I replace the sugar with a substitute that works and they taste amazing, I really hope you enjoy this recipe, ill leave the link to the how-to video below if you want a step by step guild please check that out & all the other videos on there.
ALL YOU NEED:
- 200G Sugar free dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 cup splenda ( sugar substitute)
- ½ cup vegatable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
Start by preheating your oven to 190℃ and prep your brownie tray with baking paper.
In a medium bowl whisk together the sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla till combined then add in the melted chocolate and stir again till combined.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder into the wet mix and stir till combined.
Transfer the brownie mix into the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes till an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
