Easy m&m cookies!!

Hi all welcome back to my blog I hope everyone is staying safe and having a great week, iv been filming a lot of videos recently for my youtube channel, ill leave the link below there are some great how-to videos to go with some of my favorite recipes, I will be expanding to different areas soon.

This recipe is for m&m cookies, is one of the nicest cookie dough recipes I’ve found, you know when the raw cookie dough tastes so good it’s gonna do a great cookie! you can use whatever type of m&ms you prefer, I used limited edit crunchy caramel m&ms that were amazing!! this recipe is pretty simple, a great homemade treat for the whole family, I hope you enjoy and try it yourself. All You Need:

  • 1½ cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter ( soft)
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1½ cup m&ms ( which ever ones you prefer)

Start by preheating your oven to 175℃ and prep your cookie tray with baking paper

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside

In a seperate bowl beat toghter the white sugar, brown sugar and butter till fluffy, add in the egg and vanilla and beat to combined

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir till well combined. Fold the m&ms in to the mixture

Take a spoon full of the cookie dough and roll it into a ball in your hand then place on your baking tray and pat down, do this with the remainder of the dough, then bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. let the cookies cool before transfering to a plate.
