hi, all welcome back to my blog and sweet Sunday! I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! Iv had a busy weekend myself with my training and visiting with family I’m trying to have a healthy balance all around between family, work and training its a struggle. So this weekend i wanted to find something quick for my cheat day treat. A few weeks back I made some Nutella brownies that everybody loved, they were gone within the day so I found some more great Nutella recipes that will keep my sweet tooth at bay and doesn’t take much time to prepare or bake which is perfect for this crazy weekend I’m having.

This weeks recipe is Nutella cookies! There amazing and simple to make, I really love this kind of recipe it’s great if you don’t have much time to spare or if you’re just starting out in the kitchen it’s perfect for that and kids love to help with these ones to!I’m going to go through the ingredients and how-to’s below i really hope you enjoy this one and give it a try  yourself.

All You Need:

• 1 Cup Nutella
• 1 Cup plain flour
• 1 Large egg

Start by preheating your oven to 180℃ and prepare your cookie tray with baking paper and set aside.

In a medium bowl beat the egg, then add the Nutella and stir till combined.

Next, sift the flour into the mixture and stir well till combined and resembles a moist dough. Take a Tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball, place it on the baking tray and pat down with a fork, do this with the remainder of the dough and bake for 8-10 minutes. The cookies should be slightly moist in the middle. Leave to cool before serving.
