Daily food diary!!

Hi, all welcome back to my blog I hope everyone is having a great week. I’ve been getting asked a lot about how I eat and I did do a post before about my meal prepping and how I do that. I decided to do this what I eat post to go through everything I eat in a day the snack I like between meals when I’m a little hungry. I’ll probably only do one of these posts every couple of weeks because I don’t really change much day to day i find something i really like and stick with it. I hope you enjoy this little look into my food diary!


IMG_0489My breakfast changes with the weather!! My go to on these cold mornings is Porridge with banana and cinnamon on top! I love this in the winter I also have my cup of tea and water, I try and drink a bottle of water with meals.

IMG_0510My lunch is the pre-prepped meal that I do on Sunday, its wholegrain rice with lamb and broccoli, I go through phases where I love a certain meal and ill have it for weeks on end! lol, this is my favorite at the minute. The portion size isn’t huge it’s just enough for me, this was a trial and error kind of thing while prepping meals. The first couple of week i did the meal prep it was either “I’m still hungry cause I haven’t made enough” or “I can’t finish and I’m wasting food”.So it took me a few tries to get the portion size right.

This is dinner which is the same as lunch, wholegrain rice with lamb and broccoli, the only difference is there’s a smaller amount of rice it’s mostly vegetable and protein. It’s pretty simple and clean, doing the meal prep makes it easier to eat this way.

I have snacks between meals I try and stay as healthy as I can, my go-to snacks are yogurts, I love the “muller Greek style yogurts”, cashews and raisins are my other favorites there so hand when you’re busy you can just throw them in your bag!! If I want something sweet I love the “Moser Roth” dark mint chocolate mini bars, there really nice and take away the sugar cravings we all get. The other thing I like with my 3 o clock coffee are any of the treats from my clean baking series that’s on my blog, ill make a batch of something each week just to have. I always choose something different, this week it was blueberry chocolate cookies.
