FOR THE FROSTING:
- ½ cup butter
- 4 cups icing sugar
- 1½ tsp vanilla

Start by preheating your oven to 190℃ and prepare your brownie tray with baking paper and set aside.
In a large bowl use an electric whisk to beat together the sour cream, sugar, and eggs till smooth and creamy, add the vanilla and bananas and beat till combined.
Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and beat till combined, Use a wooden spoon to stir in the walnuts.
Pour the batter into your brownie tray and bake for 20-25 minutes till brownies are golden brown. Leave to cool while you prepare the frosting.
For the frosting place the butter in a saucepan on medium heat until it boils and turns golden brown, then transfer to medium size bowl and add 2 cups of the icing sugar and the vanilla and beat with an electric whisk till combined, next add in the other 2 cups of icing sugar and milk and beat till smooth and creamy.
