Clean Healthy pancakes!!
Hi, all welcome back to my blog I hope everyone is have a great week. With it being pancake Tuesday I wanted to share a clean healthy pancake recipe with you that iv i love. So if it’s not your cheat day this recipe will help you stay on track this pancake Tuesday! These are amazing I prefer these to regular pancakes there so much tastier! I’m really enjoying baking with these healthy ingredients and not I prefer healthier options. I’ll go through the ingredients below and the how-tos so I hope you enjoy this one and try it yourself.
All You Need:
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup oats (blended)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 cup milk
In a medium size bowl place the almond meal, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and set aside.
In a separate bowl place the 2 eggs ( beaten), milk, butter, and maple syrup. Stir till combined.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir with a wooden spoon till combined.
Allow your pan to heat before spraying with cooking spray, next pour a ¼ cup of the pancake batter on to heated pan and leave to cook for about 2 minutes before flipping over to cook the other side. Do this till pancake is golden brown in color. Serve hot or cold.
