clean healthy baking!! muffins
Hi, all welcome back to my blog I hope everyone is having a great week. I started this clean baking series that I plan on adding to each week I have so many go to clean baking recipes that keep me out of the junk food cupboard all week. Especially after a hard workout, I find I crave sugar like I need a pick me up and this recipe is my go-to after workout snack the fills the sugar craving nicely. These are blueberry and banana oat muffins!! Most of these recipes have few ingredients, no sugar and are really easy to make it’s not gonna take up your hold day and leave your kitchen in a big mess.I’m gonna go through the ingredients and the how-to below, I really hope you like it and give it a go.
All You Need:
- 1½ cups oats
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup blueberries
How-to:
Start by preheating your oven to 180℃, prepare your muffin tray with muffin cases this recipe makes 12 muffins.
Using a blender to mix together the bananas, oats, vanilla, eggs and baking powder until mixture is smooth, now stir in the blueberries.
Use a tablespoon to spoon the mixture into the muffin cases, baking in the oven for 20 minutes until golden. leave to cool.
