Sweet Sunday: Blondies
Hi all, Welcome back to sweet Sunday, I hope you’ve had a great week.I’ve been super busy myself but I did take some time to pick out a great recipe for this week.When I’m picking recipes out it will usually contain something I’m craving at the time!lol You all know how I love to bake with white chocolate! It’s my absolute favorite and my cheat day go-to at the moment!!lol So this is for the white chocolate lovers like me. 😘
This week I baked white chocolate brownies also known as blondies.These are super easy and quick to make.I really love this recipe its simple with just a few ingredients, that’s easy to follow.I hope you enjoy this one and give it a try yourself.
All You Need Is:
- 250g white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 cup butter
- 1½ cups white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2ggs (beaten)
- ½tsp salt
- 2¼ cups plain flour
Preheat your oven to 170℃ and prepare your brownie tray with baking paper and set aside.
Place your white chocolate and butter in a large bowl, melt in the microwave at 20 sec increments stirring in between to ensure the chocolate doesn’t get too hot.Stir in the sugar and vanilla till combined.Add the eggs to the mixture and stir well.
Sprinkle the salt over the batter and stir until well combined.Gradually add in the flour and stir well till completely combined.
Spread the blondie batter evenly in the baking tray and bake @ 170℃ for 40-45 minutes until inserted skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares.
