The recipe this week is one for myself and my big sister, my one and only!!

This week I baked peanut butter brownies! these are so yummy!!My sister and I love to heat them up and eat them with vanilla ice cream at this time of year. Its a really great recipe, I hope you enjoy it and give it a try yourself.

All you need is:

  • 115g butter chopped
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 200g Cadburys chocolate
  • 3 eggs (lightly  whisked)
  • 1 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

Start by preheating your oven to 180℃, and prepare your brownie tray by lining it with baking paper and set aside.

Combined the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder in a bowl and set to one side. Place the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat until butter and chocolate are melted and smooth, remove from heat and stir in the caster sugar till combined.Next, add the eggs and stir till combined.

Add the chocolate to the flour mixture and stir till combined. fold the peanut butter into the mix and transfer it to the brownie tray.Bake for 30-35 minutes until inserted skewer comes out clean. Leave to cool slightly before cutting into squares!
