My white chocolate chip oat cookies, I love this recipe, their really easy to make, nothing too complicated and they taste so good!

All you need is:

  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp salt

You should start by lining 2 cookie trays with baking paper and pre-heat your oven to 180℃.

In a medium bowl cream together with and electric beater the butter, brown sugar and caster sugar until smooth. Next stir in the eggs and vanilla.

Then shift the flour, bicarbonate soda, Baking powder and salt into the mixture and stir till combined. Then add in the white chocolate chips and oats to the mix and stir.

Then take a tablespoon measure of the cookie mix for each cookie and place it on the tray, this and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack. This recipe makes 36 cookies.
